For our Residential customers Air City's preferred system to install is American Standard and Trane. Both companies have been in business for over 100 years. They are innovative and on the cutting edge of technology. For our Manufactured Home customers we install Coleman systems. Coleman has been installed in Manufactured Homes since 1958. For our Commercial customers we offer Commercial units from American Standard as our first choice but can install any commercial unit you want installed on your building. We also install and service all systems on the market including: Goodman, Amana, Mitsubishi, LG, Rheem, Bryant and Carrier plus all other manufacturers of heating and air conditioning equipment. We also service the obsolete equipment whose manufacture is no longer operational.
When a technician from Air City comes to your home to diagnose your system they will ask you many questions about what you are experiencing. Why so many questions? When we go to diagnose your HVAC unit we want to ensure we have a good understanding of what you are experiencing. Once we have found the problem in your system we will provide you with a written price quote and explain to you the problem we have discovered. Our technicians do not do UPSELLS! What is an UPSELL? That is where the technician tries to sell you parts or repairs that are not needed to get your system up and running efficiently. Air City practices the art of HONESTY - we tell you what is not working or not working properly, provide you with a written quote, explain to you if there are other components that might be failing. We believe our customers should be able to make an informed educated decision about the repair of their heating and/or cooling systems. When our technicians work on your systems they are required to clean and vacuum the systems out removing any dirt or debris that might be in and around the unit. Cleaning the systems on a semi-annual basis helps to keep them running longer, quieter, and less expensive on electricity.
Air City Heating & Cooling LLC offers the CITY CLUB which provides great discounts and lower service call pricing. Please go to our City Club tab to learn more about the advantages of being a CITY CLUB member! Our service calls are $65.00. If we have to repair your system the service call is FREE. Call us at 702-248-CITY (2489) 24 hours per day 7 days per week to come out and inspect your heating/cooling system when you experiencing discomfort in your home. We will diagnose the problem with the system and provide you with explanation and a bid of what it will cost to repair. Air City doesn't add on for mileage nor does it deviate from the original quote provided the customer when it comes to costs. Whether it is a furnace, air conditioning unit, heat pump or an all in one package system, you can always rely on Air City's professional crew to get the job done right the first time.
We provide a 2 year parts and labor warranty with all repairs on your system. What does that mean? If we replace your blower motor and it goes out before the end of the 2 years we will come in and replace it for free! Why would Air City Heating & Cooling LLC provide this type of warranty? Because we believe that a job done right the first time will not warrant another trip out to repair it a second time for the first 2 years.

Air City works with their clients to ensure that the air flow in their home is balanced. When the air flow is balanced in a residence the hot and cold spots will be diminished. Our goal is customer satisfaction and if you aren't satisfied then we aren't satisfied. Balanced air flow also lowers your electric bill because the HVAC system is not over working itself to keep one area warmer or cooler.
