I called Air City on the recommendation of my daughter.  I was hearing a loud bang in my heater when it came on in the morning.  I made an appointment with Bradley he arrived on time.  When he entered my home he put on shoe covers I asked him, "Why?".  Bradley told me, "I do not want to leave any dirt on your floors from my shoes".  This is the first time since I have lived in Las Vegas I have had a HVAC technician put shoe covers on.  I explained to Bradley I keep hearing a loud bang in my heater when it comes on in the morning.  Bradley first checked my air filter to make sure it did not need to be changed.  Bradley asked me numerous questions about the heater.  After getting a better understanding he went to the roof and worked on my system.  When Bradley came off the roof he explained to me the problem was a loose panel.  He also showed me pictures of the inside of my system and how dirty it was and pictures of how it looked now since he cleaned it out of all dirt.  Because I am retired military Bradley gave me a 10% discount on my service call.  I have been recommending Air City to all my friends and I signed up for the 2 year maintenance agreement which now gives me peace of mind my air conditioning and heating system will be in top working order.

After purchasing my condo I kept hearing a whistle coming from my heating system.  I called Air City and made an appointment for a technician to come out and inspect my system.  Bradley came out and asked me some questions about the system.  He then inspected my filter and found that it was not sitting on the grates like it should.  He opened the grates and found the filter up inside the heater.  I was so surprised to see that dirty filter up inside the ducts.  Bradley then told me he was going to go on the roof and inspect the unit to make sure there wasn't any damage done.  When he came off the roof he showed me pictures of my system and the dirt that was all over it.  Then he should me pictures of the system after he cleaned it.  I was very impressed with Bradley's expertise and quality of work.  The only charge I had to pay was a service charge of $65 minus my 10% discount for being a Veteran.  Bradley would not accept any more than that even though he cleaned the system after the filter had never been changed.  I recommend Air City Heating & Cooling, LLC to all my friends.  I will be calling them again when I need service on my system.
